Taxa 25824–25826 : The White-chested Babbler Pellorneum rostratum is treated as comprised of two species in Eaton et al. (2021), based largely on vocal and genetic differences. These are treated as separate groups here, as White-chested Babbler (Malayan) Pellorneum rostratum rostratumof the Malaysian Peninsula and Sumatra, and White-chested Babbler (Bornean) Pellorneum rostratum macropterum of Borneo and the Banggai Islands.
