Short-tailed Magpie (Cissa thalassina) is split into
two species, both island endemics :

- Javan Green-Magpie (Cissa thalassina)
Size : 31–33 cm; c. 125 g
Subspecies and Distribution
- Monotypic. (Sharpe, 1888)
– N Borneo from Mt Kinabalu S to Mt Murud, the Usan Apau plateau and Mt Dulit.
